Copia Green is an award-winning cafe and restaurant based in Castletroy, Limerick

Copia Green’s aim it is to create and serve inspiring vibrant sweet & savory dishes bursting with flavor and nourishing in nutrients. Copia Green strive to 75% organic and Irish produce throughout each year, sourcing all foods locally.

When designing Copia Green we kept this ethos very much as the forefront, ensuring our design reflected their message. We worked with natural materials and focusing on textures and a light colour pallet. The end result aiming to create an atmosphere and ambiance as fresh as the ingredients on offer.
